We make reservations for any. errors / typos in text and prices.

PAYMENT

Julie Sandlau accepts the following debit cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. You can also pay with MobilePay at the webshop and in selected stores.

The money will only be raised from your debit card when the goods are shipped from our warehouse.

DISCOUNT CODES / VOUCHER

Discount codes / vouchers for the webshop do not apply to the purchase of jewelery from Fine Jewelry and Wedding collections, as these items are custom made on request. Discount codes cannot be used on pre-discounted items. The code can be used on all other Julie Sandlau items.

DELIVERY

Your parcel will be delivered to a GLS Parcel Shop or business address of your choice within 2-3 business days. For European orders within 4 business days. Other countries within 6 business days. You can also choose to have your package sent to a private address for a fee. This only applies to private addresses in Denmark.

NOTE! When buying from a non-EU country, keep in mind that there is an import tax on the goods. Check the rules in the given country before placing your order so that you are familiar with the prices.

Of course, we pack the jewelery in fine Julie Sandlau boxes, but unfortunately we do not have the opportunity for further wrapping in eg gift wrap.

CLAIM & WARRANTY

Julie Sandlau provides 2 years of warranty covering manufacturing defects, e.g. loose stones or discoloration in common use.

In addition, Julie Sandlau offers a 2-year warranty, which is subject to normal use. Therefore, the warranty does not cover damages due to misuse of the product, breakage of ordinary wear or loss and theft.

Our warranty covers:

• Loose or lost stones
• Defective locks in chains and bracelets
• Discoloration in surfaces

The guarantee is valid against presentation of a valid warranty certificate.

Please contact your nearest Julie Sandlau Concept Store or customer service on +45 33 93 39 29 if you have questions regarding the proper use of your Julie Sandlau jewelry and warranty.

Repair of Julie Sandlau jewelery made by others other than Julie Sandlau A / S will void the warranty.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

We have 14 days return policy on all items. NB! For special orders on Fine Jewelry, eg a ring size that is not in stock, the item cannot be returned.

All items can be exchanged within 14 days upon presentation of a valid receipt and / or warranty voucher as long as the item is unused.

You can also exchange your goods purchased at the webshop in one of our 14 concept stores. Find a concept store near you under 'Find shop' at the top of the front page. If you need to return the money you must send your item (s) to the head office together with a return form.

For return or exchange please attach a completed return form as well as a copy of the order confirmation or delivery note.

You have to cover the cost of return yourself.

STANDARD GUIDELINES ON RIGHTS OF AGREEMENTS CONTRACTED OUTSIDE THE BUSINESS OPERATOR'S BUSINESS AND AGREEMENTS ON REMOVAL OF GOODS AND NON-FINANCIAL SERVICES

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without justification within 14 days.

The period of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you or one of you, a third party, but not the carrier, receives the last physical possession of the goods, in the case of an agreement for several different goods ordered in one order, and delivered individually.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us, Julie Sandlau A / S, Århusgade 88, 4th Floor, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, your decision to cancel this agreement in an unambiguous declaration (eg by postal mail or e-mail) . They can use the return form above, but it is not mandatory.

The withdrawal period is complied with if you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of regret

If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs as a result of your choice of any other form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case, within 14 days of the date on which we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you do not incur any fees as a result of the repayment.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided documentation to return the goods, whichever is earlier.

You return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

They must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the goods.

They are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Christmas gifts can be exchanged for 14 days after 24/12. Other return rules still apply.
