How do I return my order?
You can return your item by printing our return form and submitting it to our head office along with the jewelry. Our return form and address can be found at the bottom of the page in Returns.
There are flaws in the jewelry - what do I do?
You can contact one of our stores with purchase documentation. Alternatively, you can send the jewelry back to us at the above address, please note what the jewelry fails, your order number and phone number. We refer to the form under 'Return'.
I recently bought a jewelry from you, now it's on sale?
If your ordered item is dropped within the next 24 hours after placing your order, we will refund the difference. Please contact our customer service.
How can I redeem my discount code?
In the checkout you will be able to add your discount code or gift card ID in the order overview, then it will automatically calculate the new price.
One item is sold out - will you have it in stock again?
It depends on whether it is discontinued or just sold out. Please contact us at customerservice@juliesandlau.com. Please state the style number of the jewelry.
How long before I get my money back?
It can take up to 14 days after we receive your item.
I have not received an order confirmation - what do I do?
Check your spam folder first. If you did not receive the mail, there may be a risk that your order has not been processed. Please contact us so we can confirm that your order has been completed.
