Product care
We recommend regularly cleaning of your jewelry to keep it shiny, extend its life and reduce risk of loosing stones.
We offer free cleaning of your Julie Sandlau jewelry in every Julie Sandlau Concept Store, but you can easily clean the jewelry at home.
Soap and dirt accumulate in chains or around stones/diamonds. Gold and rhodium plated silver can tarnish when in use. This is a normal reaction and does not damage the jewelry.
To maintain a spotless surface and reduce risk of dirt pushing stones and diamonds loose, we kindly ask you to follow our product care instructions.
Jewelry with pearls should not get in contact with Silver Clean, soap etc. Pearls have a sensitive surface, and the best way to keep them clean is to wipe them with a soft dry cloth.
