LUMI BY SANDLAU The new diamond collection

Product Care

We recommend regularly cleaning of your jewelry to keep it shiny, extend its life and reduce risk of loosing stones.

We offer free cleaning of your Julie Sandlau jewelry in every Julie Sandlau Concept Store, but you can easily clean the jewelry at home.

Soap and dirt accumulate in chains or around stones/diamonds.

To maintain a spotless surface and reduce risk of dirt pushing stones and diamonds loose, we kindly ask you to follow our product care instructions.

Jewelry with pearls should not get in contact with Silver Clean, soap etc. Pearls have a sensitive surface, and the best way to keep them clean is to wipe them with a soft dry cloth.

Gold and rhodium plated 925 Sterling Silver

Gold and rhodium plated silver can tarnish when in use. This is a normal reaction and does not damage the jewelry.

  • Use Silver Clean to clean your gold and rhodium plated jewelry
  • Rinse the jewelry well in clean running water
  • Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth to preserve its shine
  • Avoid damaging the jewelry on hard surfaces
  • Keep your jewelry away from nail polish removal, perfume, soap, hair spray etc.
  • Do not wear your jewelry when bathing or swimming and take off your rings when cooking, gardening, and washing your hands

We recommend that you store your jewelry in an airtight container to prevent it from tarnishing. You should not clean jewelry with enamel and pearls in Silver Clean as it can damage the surface.
