Here at Julie Sandlau, we use the best materials for everlasting jewelry. However, regular cleaning of your jewelry is essential to keep them shiny and new. You can also easily do it yourself. We´ve created a care guide to help you.

How long do you take to ship?

It usually takes us 1 to 2 business days to ship an order. Note that in high demand periods, shipping times can be extended.

Do you have a warranty?

We offer a 2 years warranty covering manufacturing defects, e.g. loose stones or discoloration in common use. Simply contact us and we’ll take care of it.
